Nature's Bracelets receives 2001 Golden Web Award

San Francisco, CA, August 15, 2001 — Less than one month after opening their hyperlinked doors for the first time, online retailer Nature's Bracelets (http://www.naturesbracelets.com" traget="top">http://www.naturesbracelets.com) was honored with a Golden Web Award for its outstanding Web design and ease of use by the International Association of Web Masters and Designers, a leading Internet Age research group.

The young retailer, which specializes in Q-Ray Ionized Bracelets, only launched July 27. "We're very honored to have been selected for the Golden Web Award," said Adam Morenberg, the Webmaster for Nature's Bracelets. "That kind of recognition, along with our superior and time-tested products, should help us reach a broader range of consumers."

Nature's Bracelets is a premier retailer of Q-Ray Ionized Bracelets, which reduce pain and improve sports performance and overall health by balancing your body's Yin and Yang, or negative and positive ions. If that sounds like the Chinese medical practice of acupuncture, it's because Q-Ray works very much the same way. When your body's energy is in balance, good health follows, owner Avis Morenberg said. "I know to a lot of people, the technology sounds kooky, but I've seen too many success stories first-hand to not believe in them. I wouldn't be selling Q-Ray if I thought it was a rip-off or hurt people. I wear one myself," she said.

The Morenbergs aren't new to alternative medicine or online business. Before opening Nature's Bracelets, Avis worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years, both for others and as an independent contractor, and Adam worked in Web development, delivering online solutions for businesses such as Cisco Systems, Charles Schwab, Handspring and AMD.
